Setting up your practice
When you sign up, Propela creates your organization on your first sign-in and makes you the owner. Onboarding walks you through the essentials — practice name, time zone, default session length, and your preferred note format.
Inviting your team
Open Settings → Team and invite colleagues by email. Each invite carries a role that decides what they can see:
- Owner / Admin — full access, including the subscription and the audit log
- Therapist — clients, sessions, notes, and scheduling
- Receptionist — scheduling and client contact details, but never clinical notes
Choosing your language
Propela is available in English, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, and Danish. Switch any time from the language selector in the top bar or in Settings — your choice is remembered per device.
